Pretty Basic :)

So I mean it when i say that this outfit is pretty. Yet it is also basic. Only a sweater, patterned top, straight jean, ballet shoes and lastly a few hair accessories.


  
My hollister sweater, grey floral t shirt, straight jeans, tribal flats (ive noticed that i have worn them ALOT lately..) and my rose hair band, blue bead necklace and blue beaded earrings.

Sweats and Dangling Earrings

so for this comfy sunday, i wore my new areopostale navy sweats, bright floral tank, beige cardigan, tribal flats (my new ones!!) my "round up western" necklace, and ball dangling earrings. this outfit is great for the "saturday sleepovers" with wearing your pj tank under the cardigan and slipping into some cozy sweats. :)

i dont know if your any good at math, but we are all 3 yrs apart basically. and the three oldest are girls and the three youngest are boys.

Casual Friday

Here is a little fact about me. i am an amazing procastinateR. apparently its not a word. well it is to me. because thats what i am. so anyway, the point to my rambling is the idea that i waste time and never have time for important stuff such as..well...blogging. so im sorry if you are reading this and noticed that the last blog was last thursday. Now lets get on with today.

Casual yet dressed up/going out/ dinner date/PRACTICALLY GOOD FOR EVERYTHING/ outfit.

i found it in an advertisment and simply HAAAADDDDDD to recreate it. i still get giddy just thinking about putting the scarf around my  neck, looking in the mirror, and thinking to myself, you got the outfit perfect. its just that magical feeling like thinking of your first kiss or cuddling with your dog. okay, maybe im just crazy.. what can i say?? i LOVE fashion and have loved it since i wore my red dress at the age of 4 outside in the rain because i refused to wear pants simply because it was too "cold".. and there i go rambling. just role the film.

                 

k so maybe its not exact, but i AM planning on buying a tribal, bright coloured scarf.. and yes the skirt has a flower design. but you know what? it just makes my outfit that much better. :)

Thursday-Green eyes blue eyes Red eyes jk :)

so its beauty knowledge thursday and today i am showing some stuff on how to use neon eyeshadow. (fresh out of my seventeen magazine!!!). i dont exactly have neon colours so im going with what i have, being bright green and blue eye shadow. and yes i was joking about the red eye shadow :)  that would be wierd.. like pink eye.. or somethin..

so this is the 'open eyed' green eyes. i swiped the green shadow (mary kay fyi) over my entire eye lid and used as eye liner on my lower rim

this is better on blue eyes as it compliments the blue with the bright green

random toes!!! i painted my toe nails purple then added sparkles :)

blue neon coloured.. its a bit sparkly, i did the same method with the blue shadow such as covering the entire lid with blue then lining the bottom rim with blue too. it looks best on brown eyes (ie: me)

and here is the closed eye picture. and i just noticed this but it looks like im wearing fake eyelashes.. or something... well im not, it would have been cool if i was but im not.. sadly.. i save my long lashes for dances and such ;)

Double Wednesday-floral blouse

so for this double wednesday, i actually forgot to take a picture of the actual shirt. yes, i know. thats really lame. im sorry!!! i was doing this amazing photoshoot and it just slipped my mind. amazing photoshoot you say? why yes, its all there below. enjoy :)

so here is my first fail attempt at the photoshoot. well at least you get a good look at my outfit!! 

so here is the shirt. 16 bucks at walmart. go run! get one NOW!! anyway, i put a simple white tank underneath and added my butterfly bib necklace with my tribal coloured flats

yes. thats me jumping on my moms antique couch and perfectly framing the picture :) thats what i call An Amazing Photoshoot.
so i tucked the shirt into a  grey pencil skirt, added navy tights and my black oxford shoes and put my hair in a headband :)

Fashion Tuesday-new shoes

so over the march break, my family (only the girls though) took a mini vacation to the states but just to Watertown,NY. annddd... being me and hitting all the major shoe stores there, i picked up several shoes. so here they are and with a good reason to own a pair of them ;)

all my lovelies together :)

($9-target) These have been on the runways for awhile now. simple, basic, add it to anything and super trendy and cute. a must in any trendy ladies closet. it can be worn with jeans, skirts, shorts, tights, dresses.. the challenge is more so what you CAN'T wear them with!

($10-JCPenny) Three words. Cute, comfy and a trend that has yet to leave the runway and wont be leaving for a while. okay fine that wasn't exactly three words but you get the point. im telling you, these are super comfy! so simple and stylish it can (yet again) go with anything and all you have to do is slip your tootsies in them

($15-target) Its march and so the saying goes,
April showers,
bring may flowers.
im simply prepping for april! and they are floral so you CANT go wrong.

($25-target) as you can see I'm a size 7 1/2-8 in shoes. the basic most common shoe size. anyway, these may not be for everyone (cough my sister and mom cough) but if you really have been watching trends you are as excited as i was when i first laid eyes on them! neutral, buckled, and heeled and comfy??? yes thats why i grabbed them and put them directly in the cart.

 ($30-uh.. cant remember the store but they were everywhere) i love these colours. simply LOVE them. i never really had a pair of converse so when i saw them that was it for me, i HAD to have them. no questions asked. why? because they go with EV-RR-YY  THING!! you can look relaxed, one day trendy, and another day a total rebel. totally up to you. and thats why you need a pair.

 ($30-same unknown named store as converse) well, just putting this out there, but im doing track. and i heard somewhere you should get a new pair per season. i had my pink runners from last year but ill just use those for back-up. they were on sale, good make and purple :)

($25-same flipping place as converse and runners -_- i should really find that name..) so i do alot of stuff around the water such as slide attendance at the local pool and im training to be a life gaurd for the summer ( i have everything i need execpt the actual life gaurd course -_-) so i thought it would be a wise investment in these shoes. they also shape your feet and give excellent support. (my sister has flat feet and problems so we got her a pair to look cute and help her out).







so theres my new shoes. yes i have MANY more shoes. many thats what ill do next week. it will give me an excuse to go through them and get rid of the old ones and too small of sizes ;) hope you enjoy my comeback to the blog!

Day 7- no mom, just no.

finally found the camera. -_- mom had some friends over and we all played monopoly! :)

i added a light brown scarf and grey leg warmers and hair in a low pony tail

just no mom. moms  friend gave us a box of clothes and found these, and she shows these lovely pair of hot pink parachute pants and says, oh these would fit you! you can wear these at school!, me- uh, no mom. just..no.

Day 5- Mustache

Sorry :(

so i had to work from 7-1 fri.. when i got home i had a load of stuff to do.. so i didnt get around to getting my oufit..
then yesturday i went to ottawa from 8am-8pm.. because of my course i started..  it started at 12 and we had no clue where we were going and its 2 hours away and my dad wanted to go shopping at costco before too. ya then when i was done at 4, we headed to kingston and then had to turn around because it was getting late so we went through this small town kemptville i grew up in and after that, we got really lost. instead of an hour and i half to get home we took almost 3... ya.. and i wore sweats yesturday not my outfit.. i felt it would be better. so my outfit today and yesturday will be up by the end of the day!! thanks for reading such a long thing!

Day 3.. ya... about those pants....

so like it says in the title.. my pants ripped. right down the butt. THANK GOD it wasnt at school, but still :( they were a good pair of pants :(.. now im down to 3 awecordly long flared pants -_- gotta get mom into jean shopping now. first shopping on line, now this. ill tell ya how it goes. \

Spirit Day

so i dont have day 3 because today at my school, was spirit day!! I am in the concert band and we got to play at the pep rally.. We are all wearing navy blue and yelllow! I'm the second in on the right playing the flute :) Day 3 tomorrow!!
ps my teacher mrs christian is holding a light saber because we played the imperial march (from star wars-darth vader) for one of the teachers that doesnt think we had enough spirit ;)
